Meet the team
Lisa Kennedy
Lisa is a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist and Orton-Gillingham practitioner. She has over a decade of experience providing speech, language and literacy support to children, parents and teachers. Lisa created the Big Picture Phonics literacy program to help empower parents and teachers with the knowledge and resources they need to help children grow into strong, confident readers.
Michael Kennedy
Michael, Lisa's older brother, is an educator with over a decade of experience teaching English, Spanish, Mathematics and Physical Education. Michael has taught Canadian, American and International Baccalaureate curriculums and is an Orton-Gillingham Classroom Educator. Michael believes children learn best while having fun and enjoys creating engaging resources for students.
